I am so excited to share a delicious, new recipe with you! I am new to the Sheet Pan Supper game, but I think I'm a good contender for creating one of the tastiest Sheet Pan Meals ever. I now have a new way to incorporate more vegetables into my meals. This time, I used Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops. I was instantly drawn to Smithfield's new, green colored packaging, and the fact that this line of products are naturally tender and juicy, without added steroids, hormones or artificial ingredients. The quality of these pork chops is really nice, and this Sheet Pan Meal is the perfect way to highlight the variety of flavors of these all natural ingredients.
This meal is perfect if you do not have a lot of extra time on your hands, and cleanup was also super easy. To make things go even faster, simply use only a few veggies instead of prepping and chopping every single veggie I show here.
This can also be made into a meal for the next day, leftovers from this dish are absolutely amazing!

1.) Chop and prep all veggies, cutting them into bite sized pieces.
2.) Preheat your oven, and begin to make your marinade for the vegetables. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and stir. Add your veggies to the marinade bowl, and toss to coat all vegetables evenly.
3.) To prepare your pork chops, spray your baking sheet with a bit of non-stick spray, and lay each pork chop onto baking sheet. Season your pork chops with a tiny bit of salt, then cover each pork chop with a couple of spoonfuls of mustard. Using your hand, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each pork chop.
Time To Add Your Veggies!
4.) Now, using a pair of tongs, a large spoon, or your hands, fill in the rest of the baking sheet with vegetables, making sure not to overlap the ingredients too much. Fill in any blank spaces around the pork chops, and you're ready to bake this delicious Sheet Pan Meal!
5.) Bake the sheet pan meal at 375-400 degrees F for 15 minutes, and then rotate pan and bake another 3-5 minutes. Make sure your pork chops are cooked thoroughly, and your veggies are soft enough to eat. You can bake the last nit of time covered with foil if the olive oil is starting to sizzle in the oven. So happy with how this meal turned out! Let me know if you wind up making something similar. Make a vegetarian option too! It would be very easy.
And, I also wanted to share a video created by Smithfield, showing you how fun and easy it is to make Maple Chipotle Glazed Pork Chop. Check out the video, below.
Thanks SO much for checking out this post, and I hope it inspired you to add more veggies and some new tastes into your next meal.
